HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
- Every person is unique, so it depends on your personal health objectives. Even though a person may feel relief after only 1 colonic session, it is very helpful to cleanse the body on a monthly, quarterly, 6 month or at the very least on an annual basis.
- We recommend that you schedule a single treatment, and see how you feel afterwards. Discuss with your therapist where you want to go from there. In our experience we have found that a course of 3 treatments during a 1 weeks timeframe can produce the best results followed by regular cleansing and a healthy lifestyle.
